Brown Computer Science: The Honors Accumulate

The past decade has seen dramatic growth at Brown. We have added ten faculty members, and attracted several awards: honorary degrees, PECASE Awards, Sloan Fellowships, recognition as ONR Young Investigators and Tech Review Top Young Investigators, the Gödel Prize, several fellowships and award papers, and much more. Our graduate students have placed at several leading institutions, while our undergrads continue to thrive. We've also attracted substantial funding to open new, well-equipped labs and centers that take the department's research in new directions.
