The registration fee (except for the banquet-only fee) include access to the technical sessions, coffee breaks and lunch on each of the two days, a reception and banquet on the evening of the first day, and a booklet of abstracts.

• Registration at the partner rate is for employees of member companies of the Industrial Partners Program of the Computer Science Department at Brown University or by special invitation.
• Registration at the nonprofit rate is for people affiliated with universities, government agencies and other nonprofit organizations or by special invitation.
• Registration at the student rate is for full-time students.

Unless you have been offered a complimentary registration, you can pay the registration fee with one of the following methods:

Check:

Checks should be in US dollars and drawn on a US bank. Make the check payable to Brown University and mail the check together with a printout of the registration confirmation page to: FrancoFest c/o Fran Palazzo Department of Computer Science Brown University, Box 1910 115 Waterman Street Providence, RI 02912-1910 The payment should be mailed as soon as possible after the submission of this form, and no later than October 9, 2006 for early registrations.

Paypal:

Within 2-3 days from submitting the registration form, you will receive an email message from Paypal requesting the payment of the registration fee to francofestregister@cs.brown.edu. Follow the instructions to complete the payment on the Paypal website. If you are not a Paypal member, you will need to create a Paypal account to complete the payment.

Requests for cancellation must be made by sending an email message to francofestregister@cs.brown.edu. Full refund will be made for cancellations requests received by October 9, 2006. After this date, but on or before October 22, 2006, a 20% penalty will apply. No refunds will be made after October 22, 2006.
