- 05.01.09 | The final exam consists of two small(ish) projects, which are posted here, in the projects section of the course web page.
UNLIKE THE OTHER PROJECTS FOR THIS COURSE, THE FINAL IS
NOT TO BE PAIR-PROGRAMMED! EACH STUDENT MUST WORK INDEPENDENTLY. THERE IS TO BE NO SHARING OF IDEAS (CODE, PSEUDOCODE, OR SOLUTIONS) IN WRITTEN OR SPOKEN FORM. - 04.20.09 | We have a serious of lectures on AI topics by guest lecturers coming up.
Don't miss 'em:
- Thursday, 4.23.09: Chad Jenkins, on Robotics
- Tuesday, 4.28.09: Mark Johnson, on Machine Learning
- Thursday, 4.30.09: Eugene Charniak, on Natural Language Processing
- Thursday, 4.30.09: Michael Black, on Computer Vision
- 01.26.09 | For those of you looking to learn LaTeX, there will be a tutorial covering creating documents using LaTeX at 7PM on Tuesday, January 27 in the Sunlab. If you have never used LaTeX before, or need a refresher, we would highly recommend coming to this tutorial.
- 01.19.09 | Welcome to CS141 (aka CSCI1410): Introduction to Artificial Intelligence! The optional course textbook is the second edition of Artificial Intelligence: A Modern Approach, by Russell and Norvig. The first lecture will be held at 10:30 AM on Thursday, January 22 in CIT 368.
