Want to Learn: More about the how and why of design methods than is available in many "real world" scenarios

Role and Skills:Flexible. I have development experience in a few very different environments. I have been increasingly involved in the requirements gathering and process/workflow engineering as of late.

Relevant CS Classes:
* Undergraduate Software Design course which emphasized design patterns more than team work etc.
* Various classes with strong development required (network programming, graphics, operating systems, ...)
* Senior Project - Lead developer and designer of 3D multi-player game (team of 3).

Other Experience:
* Software Engineer for 2.5 years at Brontes Technologies (now a 3M company)
* Contractor for variously sized clients over 5 years
* Currently at a financial services firm.
