About The Course
Continues work begun in CS 125 with deeper exploration of technical and artistic aspects of 3D computer animation including more sophisticated shading and lighting methods and character modeling, rigging, and animation. After a series of individual exercises, students pursue an independent study topic and then, working alone or in pairs, create a polished demonstration. Emphasis is on in-class critique of ongoing work. Prerequisite: CS 125. Enrollment limited to 20. Written permission required.
