The course staff has prepared an assembly simulator. Using this
simulator  we ask that  you simulate assembly of the Phi X 174
bacteriophage genome. Your job is to find a parametrization that
reliably recapitulates the phage genome while minimizing runtime.

The contigs involved in the assembly are displayed above a reference
genome and the consensus sequence is given in red.

You are permitted to modify the code, but you may not alter how the
'pool' is produced.
