End of Semester
It is important that you submit a list of students who are taking incompletes to "admin" before the last day of class.CSXXX000 and CSXXX001 should be cleaned by the HTAs so that only files that will be useful for the next HTA remain.
The course projects and student accounts will be backed up on tape a week or two after the end of the semester.
With the exception of CSXXX000, CSXXX001 and all incomplete accounts, the TA accounts, student accounts and the /course/csxxx/handin directory will be removed after the backup tape is made.
The CSXXX001 and CSXXX000 accounts will be locked.
