Italian Restaurants
The Federal Hill area, on and around Atwells Avenue, has a high
concentration of Italian restaurants and bakeries. Many people think
the area is wonderful, but one contributor says the restaurants here are
``sleazy'' and should be avoided.

- Merged with Luckys' in autumn 91. Good italian/french cuisine. The
dishes are mainly of the country fare type, but served in a bit of a
nouvelle cuisine style (very nice presentation). Fairly expensive ($25
entrees). Very good pizza.

- Good pasta, very reasonable prices, and a wonderful decor -- it is a
renovated foundry, complete with a tram inside.
