Apr 1 - We're delighted to announce that Leah Pearlman, a Brown junior and candidate for the Sc.B. in Computer Science, has been awarded a Microsoft scholarship for next year. This scholarship covers 100% of the 2003-04 tuition and also includes a 12-week salaried summer intership at Microsoft in Redmond, WA. Competition for these scholarships was based on the applicant's GPA, response to essay questions, interest in the software industry and financial need.
