Here is a different sort of reversible figure:
Depending on how you look at this image, you can see either a young woman, or an old woman. The old woman is painted from a profile. The young woman is turned away from the picutre.
If you are seeing the young woman, then her ear is the left eye of the old woman, and her necklace is the old woman's mouth.
If you are seeing the old woman, then her chin is the young woman's neck, and the old woman's nose is a side view of the young woman's chin.
