Hello. Welcome to my home in cyberspace!
I'm a graduate student in the Department of Computer Science at Brown. My primary area of research interest is Computational Biology & Bioinformatics, in which I design and develop novel computational models to address specific biological questions. In the new genomic era, computational approaches in this interdisplinary field are essential to advance the understandings of complex biological systems and networks. Currently, I'm working on various projects in gene regulatory network, exonic splicing enhancers, and risk factors assessment in bone mineral density. I also enjoy working problems related to graph theory such as planar graph, steiner tree, and multicommodity network flow.
