I am a third-year Ph.D. student in the Department of Computer Science, Brown University, advised by Rodrigo Fonseca. I hold a Master's degree in Computer Science from Brown (2011) and a Master's degree in Information Science and Technology (2009) from the University of Tokyo, after working with Assoc. Prof. Kaoru Sezaki. I received a B.S. degree in Computer Science (2005) from the Federal University of Minas Gerais, Brazil, after working with Assoc. Prof. Linnyer B. Ruiz and Prof. Antonio A. F. Loureiro in the SensorNet project. My areas of interest include wireless networks, distributed systems, mobile computing, and data management.
