I have recently completed my Master's degree in the Brown University Department of Computer Science. My research and thesis was in the area of program tracing and replay for debugging, with Professor Rob Netzer. My thesis provides details of the design and implementation of our prototype debugging system, RDB.

While at Brown, I was also employed as the department's Systems Programmer. I'm now in California working with my partner-in-crime Bryan Cantrill in the Solaris Kernel Group at Sun Microsystems.

I still maintain several cs projects here in the department, including the insanely great BattleTris game. You can send me email for more information about any of the software I maintain.

I spend my free time watching The X-Files and playing ultimate frisbee. I just completed my fifth and final year as a member of the Brown University Men's Ultimate Team, Brownian Motion, and I've previously played for the Boston-based Deadspin as well. When I'm home and not playing frisbee, I like to watch old videos of the Boston Celtics, and remember how great the 80's were.
