The first order of vi reference mugs went well and people seem to have liked the mugs enough that I am considering ordering another batch for those interested. Please email me if you are interested and I'll add you to the new list.

I run screen on login in almost all environments (yes, xterm -e screen is
in there)
My login shell is ksh. It's command line is so useful.
Never use (t)csh for anything but typing commands with their
arguments. Here's why.
In this vein, I humbly introduce my list of unix
preferences. As with all things, I respect the preferences of others.
I'm a SPOC for the CS dept here...sort of a jack-of-all-trades, but I identify with the following statement:
Sysadmin's motto TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: We the willing, led by the unknowing, are doing the impossible for the ungrateful. We have done so much for so long, with so little, we are now qualified to do anything with nothing.
