Computational Complexity of Models in Biology, Physics and Chemistry
The Problem
I am interested in the study of "Uses" of NP-completeness to qualify computational difficulty of solving problems in Biology, Physics and Chemistry and discuss their "personality" defined as their NP-completenss Index (NPI) , i.e, NPI(Biology), NPI(Physics), and NPI(Chemstry). We also study "Misuses" of NP-completeness as applied to problems in these areas.
