Research Project:
RobAuCon: Time-Critical Decision Making
This research project - funded by the Brown Salomon Award - regards "Time-critical Decision Making" and "Robot Learning from Demonstration". In "Time-critical Decision Making" we study how a solver based on deterministic reasoning can actively incorporate hard time-limits until which a decision must be reached. Research in this area will be applied to the robot soccer domain through participation in the Robocup competition in 2006.
