SPOCs
The SPOCs (Systems Programmer, Operator, and Consultants) assist in the installation, maintenance, development, and documentation of local software. They work as part of the technical staff. In addition, they represent the off-hours technical support staff.
The SPOCs report to the director of facilities and work closely with the user services coordinator.
The SPOCs are hired each spring, and will generally start working at the beginning of June. They are hired by the user services coordinator with input from the rest of the technical staff.
